Westcourt is also within easy distance of Dartmoor, the cities of Plymouth and Exeter and even over the border into Cornwall. Within the grounds of Westcourt there is a pleasantly situated heated swimming pool (10mts x 4.8mts) with a large paved surround, ample garden chairs and tables and a pool-side barbeque. There is plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the peace of the garden. At the side of the house is a small children’s play area for under 10’s.
